Terms and Conditions

Enrolment for EADesenho courses and activities is completed through our website and is confirmed upon payment.

For annual courses, the registration fee is €60, which secures your spot. This fee is not deducted from monthly tuition payments and is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Enrolment is valid for the academic year in which it is made. If a student interrupts their attendance and returns within the same academic year, a new registration fee will not be charged. Please note that your spot is not held during the period of absence, and returning is subject to availability. A new registration is required for each new academic year.

For annual courses, tuition is divided into 9 monthly payments, due by the 4th of each month.

The monthly fee is fixed and does not depend on the number of classes held each month, which may vary based on the course calendar, holidays, and school breaks.

There is no minimum enrollment period. Students may withdraw from the course at any time during the year. To help us manage our capacity, we kindly ask that you provide one month's notice whenever possible. Once a student withdraws, their spot is no longer reserved.

Course attendance is contingent upon the respective monthly payment being up to date.

For workshops, life drawing sessions, and other one-off activities, payment is made in full at the time of enrolment.

Specific cancellation or change conditions, when applicable, are indicated on each activity's page.

EADesenho reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class, course, or activity due to force majeure, instructor unavailability, or an insufficient number of participants.

Whenever a paid activity is cancelled by EADesenho and it is not possible to propose a suitable alternative, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Annual courses follow the calendar set by EADesenho. The number of classes may vary from month to month, with no change to the monthly tuition fee.

Student absences do not entitle the student to make-up classes, refunds, or a reduction in tuition.

Scheduled breaks in the calendar, including academic holidays and public holidays, are already accounted for in the annual course structure and the calculation of monthly tuition fees.

For courses where this option is available, you may schedule a trial class, subject to availability and prior booking with EADesenho.

The trial class fee is €30. Should you decide to enroll in the course afterward, this amount will be deducted from your registration fee.

The trial class fee is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Work produced in class may be photographed by EADesenho and published on the website, on social media and in other school communication materials, credited to the author whenever possible. Students always retain authorship of their work.

Anyone who prefers their work not to be published can let us know at any time at escola@eadesenho.pt.

Photographs in which students can be identified are only published with explicit consent, which for minors is given by a parent or guardian.

For online enrolments, consumer rights provided for in Portuguese legislation regarding distance contracts apply, including the right of withdrawal where legally applicable.

EADesenho may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. The version applicable to each enrolment will be the one published on the website at the time of enrolment.
