When subscribing to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

Data is used to manage enrolments, payments, and attendance for courses and activities, to respond to contact requests, and to provide necessary information related to the school's activities.

When a user agrees to receive the newsletter, their data is also used to send news, courses, workshops, and other information from EADesenho.

For the operation of the website and management of enrolments, EADesenho uses third-party services, namely Webflow, Stripe, Google, Make, and Mailchimp. Data strictly necessary for these purposes may be processed through these services to enable the functionality of forms, payments, enrolment management, and newsletter distribution.

Payment data is processed by Stripe, and EADesenho does not receive or store the full details of the cards used for payment.

Data related to enrolments is kept for the period necessary to manage the relationship with the student and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data used for the newsletter is kept as long as the subscription remains active. Users may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the emails sent.

EADesenho may occasionally take photographs or videos on the premises and during its courses and activities for the purpose of documenting and communicating the school's activities.

Whenever an individual is identifiable, the capture and use of their image will be communicated in advance and carried out only with their consent. Participation in a course or activity is not dependent on authorization for image use.

Whenever possible, images of the space, the work produced, or the activities in progress may also be used where participants are not identifiable.

Consent for the use of images may be withdrawn at any time via escola@eadesenho.pt

Under data protection laws, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, as well as object to its processing, depending on the circumstances.
